Each Will Try in Their Own Way (6PM- 7 PM)

A multi disciplinary piece that utilizes analytic discourse, discussion, the practice of meditation to explore the relationship between Art and Meditation.

This Installation is a collaboration between Dr. Dan Farrell of Ohio State's Philosophy Facualty, experimental film artist Kevin Van Scoder, a yet to be named yoga instructor, and the participators in our discussion that follows.

All the "parts" of the installation (lecture, films, meditation, discussion) will explore
the idea that artistic objects (poems, songs, films) are able to inspire a religious state or "meditative" state of mind.
